True helpfulness comes from connection, not from words.

" Words alone dont help. It is what God speaks in our hearts when we read or hear words that helps. That's why familiar passages from sacred scriptures often mean something new each time we re-read them. And that's why it never works for me to decide what someone else needs to hear. If i want to be of use today, I must focus on my feelings of connection with others, because God is heard within the experience of Love.

So, very True!

Actually, we rarely do a "Pure Read or Hear" (to ALLOW 100% connection).

While reading, our mind is always interpreting the words in unique ways to create new (but, irrelevant) meanings - distorting the original message.

Similarly, while experiencing connection with others, we rarely do a "Pure Connect". In this case, our mind is always regurgitating past impressions.

So, the challenge is to Experience Directly without any interpretations or opinions or past conclusions.

And, as you share Dear Krishna, Love is certainly a powerful access to connect at Pure Consciousness level!

Thanks for sharing these "words", it does help me connect Purely and Deeply AND more often:-))

Very true, I have always felt this to be true... actual words doesn't matter, it's the feeling behind the words. The scriptures are sacred not just because of the philosophy they preach, but mainly due to the spirit behind the words. It's feeling of connection and Love that makes the words meaningful. Not just words, any line of work, or in any aspect of life is not complete unless there is the feeling of connection and love.

"If i want to be of use today, I must focus on my feelings of connection with others, because God is heard within the experience of Love."

I will always remember these words. Thank you!

Krishna, I love every single post in your blog. I sincerely appreciate your intent to share and connect. God Bless you.

Yes, very very true!!!!
Sacred Scriptures have been written many many years ago, but each time we read them we get new insights because: ..'God is heard within the experience of Love."(which we humans often lack)
Thanks Krishna Ji, for sharing your wisdom.
God bless.

Hi Krishna1:)

A beautiful quote! Thank you:)

It's probably human nature that we read into things what we like. Sadly, this can work in both positive and negative ways, and so influence our actions which, in turn, usually impinge on others!

Have a great day sister.

"That's why familiar passages from sacred scriptures often mean something new each time we re-read them."

As we ponder the familar passages, and as time passes, and as we -hopefully - gain wisdom, we find deeper meaning in the passages, and have a greater understanding of them. The passages did not change, we did, and as we changed, our understanding changed, and so did our world.

Respected and dearest Surjit ji,
Yes, so true that its indeed the lack of understanding that we humans fail to hear Him speaking to us innumerable times through Sacred Scriptures, passages, or any quote..It His way of hinting us or bringing our attention to when certain lines have a different kind of impact :)
Its in Silence that He usually does the Talking..Lets all try and hear it!!
Thank you so much for your kind words surjit ji.You are truly special for me :))
Lots of Love and prayers for you dear one :)

Dearest Brother Cyrus,
So true..Its usually our discrimininatory mind which never ceases to form impulsive judgements and we are forced to view things accordingly.
Sadly i guess it works more negatively than positively and our actions often make us regret.
Its only in having a clear, non judgemental view of things based on the feelings of love and compassion that all of us would be able to express ourselves just the way He created us...in His image :))
Hope you are doing fine. Thank you so much for your kindwords :)
I am thrilled to have you as my dearest Bro ;))
Lots of love, hugs and sincere prayers for you dear one!
