Raise your consciousness and you raise your whole being, your whole outlook on life, and you start to live the full and glorious life which is your true heritage.
You can be told about it, and you can see others living it; but until it enters your consciousness and you can accept that is is for you, nothing happens. The most seemingly simple and childlike soul can accept the Kingdom of Heaven far more easily than the most deeply intellectual soul who thinks it knows all the answers with its mind, but its consciousness has not been raised to higher levels.
Every soul can reach an elevated state of Consciousness.
But it is something to be achieved from within, from inner knowing, from inspiration and intuition which require no outer knowledge and wisdom.
It is all there within every soul, simply waiting to be recognised , drawn forth and lived.

It is in the stillness that all will be clarified. It is in stillness that you become at peace and can find Me.
I AM always here, but you are blind to this wonderful fact until you can become still and seek Me in the silence, and you can do it at all times. The more often you put it unto practise, the more natural it becomes until you can do it as naturally as breathing. You do not have to rush off to be by yourself to find Me.
You will be able to find Me at all times and in everything you are doing. It does not matter what chaos and confusion are all around you or what outer noise there may be. You can go into that inner peace and silence and find Me.
When you have found Me, the Light of Truth will shine on every situation, for where I AM,
there is no darkness :
there are no problems...
There is only Peace.

Every step along the way brings greater happiness, love and richness to life. More than three thousand years ago, sages who belong not just to India but to the whole world gave us one of the earliest spiritual treasures known to history, The Rig Vedas.
Here is a prayer addressed to all of us :
Meet together, talk together.
May your minds comprehend alike.
Common be your action and achievement,
Common be your thoughts and intentions,
Common be the wishes of your heart,
So there may be thorough Union among you.
Unity is strength; unity is the purpose of Love. in relationships it may begin with physical expression, but holding hands and cheek to cheek is just the surface of Love. Two hearts becoming one, two lives becoming one: that is the true meaning of Love. We just dont know the signals. We dont know the code.
But St.Francis broke the code ; SisterTeresa of Avila deciphered its signs. She said, " Amor saca Amor." Love begets Love. When we give love, we draw love to us from everyone around us, and in that love is the highest heaven a human being can know. When you give yourself to all, the Mystics say, you no longer love just one person here and another there ; you become Love itself.
This is a heavenly insight into the depths of the human heart. We begin by loving just one or two people, but the day will come when we catch the entire world in our Love. Imagine the Joy of loving all creatures, all people, the whole of nature!
As The Upanishads say, anywhere such a person goes, he or she is at home in a compassionate universe :
Those who see all creatures in themselves
And themselves in all creatures know no fear.
Those who see all creatures in themselves
And themselves in all creatures know no grief.
How can the multiplicity of life Delude the one who sees its Unity?

“Let the ugliness of unkindness in others impel me to make myself beautiful with loving-kindness.
May the harsh speech from my companions remind me to use sweetwords alway , if stones from evil minds are cast at me, let me send in return only the missiles of goodwill.
As a jasmine vine sheds its flowers over the hands, delivering the axe blows at its roots, so, on all who act inimically towards me may I shower the blossoms of Forgiveness.
O lord of Compassion, teach me to shed tears of love for all beings.
May I behold them as my very own-different expressions of my Self.
I easily excuse my own faults ; let me therefore forgive the failings of others.
Bless me, O Father, that I not inflict on my companions unwelcome criticism. If they ask my advice in trying to correct themselves, may I offer suggestions inspired by Thee.
I will behold the person who now considers himself as my enemy to be in truth my Divine brother hiding behind a veil of misunderstanding. Let me tear aside this veil with a dagger of love so that, seeing my humble, forgiving understanding, he will no longer spurn the offering of my goodwill .”

I have been waiting and yearning with bated breath to have a glimpse of the clear blue sky wearing a new grey coat and yes, its finally raining and pouring cats and dogs here in Mumbai City…and I am ecstatic : )
The rains have always been my favourite season and I am so much at bliss during the monsoons. As I kid, I used to feel that when God was happy and He had a hearty laugh, tears would roll down His cheeks and it would rain…!! It was a sign of His Happiness which came down as blessing soothing the dry, arid and burning minds of all His Children!
What immense joy and pleasure it is to see the green trees having a celebration of sorts with Beautiful Mommy Nature, dancing, swaying, endlessly giggling and passing on all their happy vibes to souls like me who then join in their party!
Water falling from the Heaven’s fountain and for a long four months…its sure a cleansing process I feel. The washing and bathing of the dusty, clogged minds and hearts and love being flowed incessantly into our hungry souls…That’s the beauty of the rains…from the Heaven’s own intricately carved white marble fountain : )
With all our the sorrows and bitterness being washed away it sure makes my heart bloom to see My Eternal Soulmate being happy after a long long time!
As I write these words sitting in my office as it pours heavily outside, I cant seem to focus enough on where these words are flowing…the breeze touching my face and asking me to come out and play with it and the trees inviting me to have a tea break..;)
The rains have such a calming effect on me and I just keep having bouts of amnesia forgetting all my worries and petty issues which usually keep bothering me, thanks to me brooding temperament.
Like me, Kunal too is such a nature lover and our talks about its captivating beauty especially during the monsoons seem to be endless! Over a hot cup of tea, he usually comes up with all those topics that he would otherwise not open up with and I am so peacefully hearing out all his talks (without the slightest irritation ;) and he says it’s the magic of rains that his sister has become such a good girl so instantly! I agree with him, after all it’s the magic of His Laughter remember??!!
Rains come every year and bring with it so many nostalgic moments and cherished memories of my loved ones especially my father, who too was a die hard romantic at heart and an ardent rain lover..all the moments I shared with him liven up this time of the year and there was never any monsoon without his loving thought and even now as I write these words I have a photo of his near me and can feel his blessed aura :)
My only consolation is that he is with Him sharing the joyous laughter and having a goodtime : )
From your mad little sweety and kuni..who are still stumbling without you..we so dearly miss you and your Love..every moment and every heartbeat…
May you always be happy and have that million dollar smile on your face everytime you see us march ahead and put up a brave front :))
Happy Monsoons to you Papa :)

My Soul Sister Pari Jan has started a wonderful and beautiful blog called Seeking Noor.
Please visit her blog and leave your blessings and comments :)
Let us all warmly welcome her in our Blogosphere!
My Sincere goodwishes and prayers for you Pari- My Little Angel :))
Here is an excerpt from her blog..A very soothing post, an excellent read called, Stormy Night
“Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach. Any small, calm thing that one soul can do to help another soul, to assist some portion of this poor suffering world, will help immensely....
It is not given to us to know which acts or by whom, will cause the critical mass to tip toward an enduring good. What is needed for dramatic change is an accumulation of acts, adding, adding to, adding more, continuing. We know that it does not take “everyone on Earth” to bring justice and peace, but only a small, determined group who will not give up during the first, second, or hundredth gale....Read furthur...

As I lay down in bed with a tired self and a disillusioned heart in an attempt to seek solace from God and an answer to my innumerable questions I happened to open this page from the book, LOOKING FROM WITHIN by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother..and there I found the above writings!
Talk about His Divine Intervention : ))
He is truly My Sweetheart!
May you all find inner peace and an end to all your worries, just the way I found mine!
Love you all :)
“ Every morning my aspiration rises ardently to Thee, and in the silence of my satisfied heart I ask that Thy law of Love may be expressed, and that Thy will may be manifest. And in anticipation I adhere with joy and serenity to those circumstances which will express this law and this will.
Oh, why be restless and want for oneself that things should turn out in one way and not another! Why decide that a particular set of circumstances will be the expression of the best possibilities and then launch into a bitter struggle so that these possibilities may be realised! Why not use all one’s energy solely to will in the calm of inner confidence that Thy law may Triumph everywhere and always over all difficulties, all darkness, all egoism! How the horizon widens as soon as one learns to take this attitude; how all anxiety vanishes giving place to a constant illumination, to the Omnipotence of disinterestedness!
To will what Thou Willest, O Lord, is to live constantly in communion with Thee…to be delivered from all contingencies, to escape all narrowness, to fill one’s lungs with pure and wholesome air, to get rid of all useless weariness, be relieved of all cumbrous loads, so as to run briskly towards the only goal worth attaining : the Triumph of Thy Divine Law!
As soon as one becomes conscious and convinced of this, one can no longer worry about future circumstances or the turn of events : it is with perfect serenity that one does at every moment what one thinks best, convinced that the best too is sure to come from it, even if it is not the result which we, with our limited reasoning, expected from it.
O Lord, with what Joy and Trust I greet Thee this morning!!....”
